SHIPPING

Domestic shipping for available orders is within 2 working days. We ship internationally via specified courier. Shipments to Europe and the MENA region take up to 7 working days. Shipments to Australia and USA take up to 10 working days. LEILA ISSAM FINE JEWELLERY is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments; however our service covers door to door without any duties or taxes. LEILA ISSAM FINE JEWELLERY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. LEILA ISSAM FINE JEWELLERY is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves LEILA ISSAM FINE JEWELLERY. If your order is sent back to LEILA ISSAM FINE JEWELLERY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
